Planning Board minutes for Thursday April 3, 2014
The meeting opened at 7:05.
The following members were present: Maggie Leonard, co-chair, Roger Tryon, Tom Sawyer, and Larry Klein.
Members absent: Alan Salamon, Stephen Enoch, Barry Karson.
There was no public present.
The minutes from March 13, 2014 were unanimously approved.
The board reviewed the draft for the finding to be submitted for the Cobb special permit application; ZBA hearing to be held April 9, 2014. Klein made a motion to approve the draft as modified by the Planning Board.
The board reviewed the draft of the reply to the ZBA re: their suggestions for Zoning Bylaw changes.
Tom Sawyer gave us the good news that he is running for the seat on the Planning Board.
The sap is running so Roger Tryon had to leave to attend to the evaporator.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:40 p.m.
